Human Crest Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and its group companies recognize that protecting information assets (including information and information systems) from security threats, handling them accurately and safely, and preventing information security incidents are among the most critical issues for ensuring business continuity. Furthermore, we consider these assets to be the most vital resources in the execution of the following business operations and related activities.

To maintain and enhance the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets, and to earn the trust of society and our customers, the Company hereby declares its commitment to information security through this “Basic Information Security Policy.”
All individuals who use the Company’s information assets must fully recognize the importance of information security and comply with this policy.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all human, physical, and environmental resources related to the Company’s information assets.

2.Establishment of Information Asset Management System

To maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets in our possession, the Company shall establish an Information Security Committee and appoint responsible managers to build a comprehensive management framework.

3. Development of Regulations and Education

The Company shall establish internal regulations related to information security and conduct ongoing internal training to ensure the protection and proper management of information assets.

4. Audits and Legal Compliance

The Company shall conduct regular audits related to information security to verify that internal regulations and rules, as well as relevant laws and administrative guidelines, are being properly followed and effectively implemented. Appropriate measures shall be taken against any violations.

5. Continuous Improvement

The Company shall regularly evaluate and review the above initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
