Yoshitaka Watanabe
Representative Director, Founder
Yoshitaka Watanabe graduated from the Department of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce, Meiji University in 1987. He joined Recruit Co., Ltd. that same year and was assigned to the Advertising Division. After leaving the company in 1991, he became involved in founding advertising media publishing companies and staffing firms. He established Human Crest Co., Ltd. in 2002 and became its Representative Director. In 2022, he founded ARRANGILITY and assumed the role of Chairman.
Yuki Miyamoto

Yuki Miyamoto graduated from the Department of Geography, College of Arts and Sciences, Nihon University in 2002. That same year, he joined Human Capital Systems Co., Ltd. (now Priority Co., Ltd.) and became a sales manager. He co-founded Human Crest Co., Ltd. with Watanabe in 2002, taking on the role of Director. In 2015, he established Human Next Co., Ltd. and became its Representative Director. In 2022, he founded ARRANGILITY and assumed the role of COO.
Tomotaka Asagi
Director, General Manager of Technical Division
Tomotaka Asagi graduated from the Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Yamagata University in 1995. After graduation, he pursued car racing while also working in door-to-door sales. In 1997, he transitioned to the IT industry, engaging in everything from project planning to programming. He shifted his focus to software testing and QA-related work in 2006, subsequently joining Human Crest Co., Ltd. in 2013 to lead technology promotion. In 2017, he became Director and General Manager of the Technology Promotion Division. In 2022, he founded ARRANGILITY and assumed the role of CEO.
Hitoshi Ito
Representative Director of Japan Quality Co., Ltd.
Hitoshi Ito graduated from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce, Seinan Gakuin University in 1987. That same year, he joined JTB Corporation and was assigned to the Sales Division of the Overseas Travel Kyushu Branch. In 1995, he moved to Ukiko Co., Ltd., becoming Executive Director and General Manager of the Automobile-Related Business Division. He joined Human Crest in 2007, taking charge of the Fukuoka office and sales promotion. In 2011, he became General Manager of the Business Promotion Division (now the Administration Department), overseeing new business planning and promotion, company website planning and operations, recruitment, and partner company alliances. In 2015, he established Japan Quality, a group company of Human Crest, in Da Nang, Vietnam, and became its Representative Director.
Toshiro Kotaki (Tax Accountant)

Toshiro Kotaki graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Department of Economics, Waseda University in 1988. He registered as a tax accountant in 1997. In 2003, he founded Kotaki Accounting, a tax accountant corporation, where he serves as Managing Partner.
